Informacione t\u00eb cila konsiderohen si delikate dhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ruhen n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb larta sigurie nga vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb, por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb qe nuk mund t\u00eb vidhen n\u00eb rast sabotimi t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. Prezantimi i informacioneve t\u00eb fabrikuara ose t\u00eb prezantuara si t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb c\u00ebnim t\u00eb past\u00ebr t\u00eb imazhit dhe reputacionit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb rast shkelje t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre klauzolave, punonj\u00ebsit dhe ortak\u00ebt, edhe n\u00ebse largohen nga shoq\u00ebria, jan\u00eb te detyruar te paguajn\u00eb kushte penale, dhe penalitete t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebrve\u00e7 d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimit.
