Completion of the Supreme Court with 4 new judges

The President of the Republic with Decrees no. 12030, no. 12031, no. 12032 and no. 12033, dated 19.03.2021 “On the appointment of a Judge of the High Court” has decreed the appointment of 4 judges in the High Court, and specifically, Mr. Sokol Binaj, Mrs. Albana Boksi, z. Sander Simoni and Mr. Klodian Kurushi.

The President’s decrees are published in the Official Gazette no. 45, dated 23.03.2021.

The Supreme Court with these appointments is made with a total of 7 members and functional and efficient for the consideration of many cases that are waiting to be reviewed by it.
