Avoidance of double taxation between Albania and Kosovo

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs with notification no. 3396, dated 19.03.2021 “On the entry into force of an amending protocol” has announced that:

“Amending Protocol to the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the avoidance of double taxation in respect of taxes on income and on capital and on the prevention of fiscal evasion”, signed on 2.10.2020, has entered in force on March 16, 2021”.
